Working principle
The computer system of the electronic testing machine controls the servo motor to rotate through a controller and a speed regulation system. **Maintenance of testing machine host
(1) Regularly check the screws at the jaws of the testing machine, and tighten them promptly if they are loose;
(2) The fixtures equipped with the testing machine should be coated with anti rust oil for storage;
(3) The sliding surface in contact with the steel plate and the lining plate, as well as the groove surface on the lining plate, should be kept clean and regularly coated with a thin layer of molybdenum disulfide grease;
(4) Regularly check the transmission condition of the sprocket. If there is any looseness, please re tighten the tensioning wheel;
(5) Due to the frequent use of the jaws of the electronic tensile testing machine, they are prone to wear and tear, and excessive oxidation skin can easily cause damage to the small piston and oil leakage. Therefore, it is recommended to clean them after each test is completed;

2、 Maintenance of the control system of the testing machine
(1) Regularly check whether the connecting wires on the back panel of the testing machine controller are in good contact. If they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner;
(2) If the machine is not used for a long period of time after the experiment, turn off the controller and computer of the testing machine;
(3) The interface on the controller of the testing machine corresponds, and plugging in the wrong interface may cause damage to the equipment;
(4) The interface on the plug-in controller must be powered off.
