Grape stem crusherIt is one of the complete sets of equipment for grape processing, and its installation and usage methods are as follows:
1、 Installation of grape stem crusher:
1. Before installation, the equipment should be checked for any damage or missing parts during transportation.
2. The equipment installation site needs to be hardened and leveled. And it has good drainage function.
3. The feeding method, branch conveying method, water supply and drainage method of the equipment are designed by the user themselves.
4. Drill a 10mm deep groove on the ground at the four legs of the equipment and place it in to use.
5. Each reducer and stepless speed controller should be filled with lubricating oil according to the instructions, and lubricating grease should be applied to the transmission chain. An appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be injected into each bearing.
1. After the installation of the equipment is completed, check whether all fasteners are firm and clean the debris inside the machine.
2. Carefully read the product manual.
3. Test machine
(1) Press the stem removal start button, and when viewed from the stem removal end of the equipment, the rotating screen should rotate counterclockwise. The stem removal shaft rotates synchronously and in the same direction as the rotating screen, but at different speeds.
(2) Only after confirming that all transmission parts are operating normally can the machine be turned on. It should run for 1 hour without feeding, and the equipment should not have any abnormal noise. There should be no abnormal phenomena such as excessive temperature rise in each bearing.
4. Trial production of feeding materials
(1) Speed regulation during shutdown is not allowed.
(2) Before feeding, materials should be sorted to prevent iron, stones, and other hard debris from entering the machine and damaging the equipment.
(3) Adjust the speed of the stem removal shaft, observe whether the stem removal meets the process requirements, and record the position of the speed control pointer after meeting the requirements for future use.
(4) If an increase in the number of fruit particles carried in the stem outside the discharge machine or a decrease in the amount of stem removal is found, the machine should be stopped to check for any entanglement or other faults on the stem removal shaft.
(5) After each work is completed, the entire machine should be cleaned with clean water. There should be no residue or sewage in the sieve, crushing device, or slurry pump.
(6) It is strictly prohibited to troubleshoot equipment during startup.
