2FX-600 suspended organic fertilizer applicator (offset trenching fertilization)
The 2FX-600 suspended trenching fertilizer applicator is the latest patented product developed by our company. The product passed the special appraisal of Shandong Agricultural Machinery Testing and Appraisal Station in September 2020. Mainly suitable for the application of finished organic fertilizer for economic crops such as fruit trees, grapes, wolfberries, walnuts, etc. The whole machine adopts a biased structural design and adopts a screw type forced fertilizer discharge, ensuring smooth fertilizer discharge. The fertilizer box is equipped with a mixing screw, ensuring even fertilizer mixing. The depth and amount of fertilization can be adjusted according to the needs. It is recommended to use it with a 50-90 horsepower tractor.
The product has the following outstanding innovative points:
(1) Diagonal support and V-shaped double disc combined trench structure.
By installing double disc trenchers at both ends of the output shaft of the transmission box, they can rotate in a V-shaped state during operation to achieve wide and deep trenching with a smaller diameter disc cutter. By setting a soil cover shell, the fertilizer is automatically backfilled after being discharged into the bottom of the trench.
(2) Spiral conveying device for simultaneous application of granular and powdered fertilizers.
By changing the rotational speed of the spiral fertilizer applicator and the size of the fertilizer inlet of the applicator to control the amount of fertilizer discharged, the technical problem of traditional external groove wheel type fertilizers being unable to discharge powdered fertilizers properly is solved.
