Product Introduction
This series of boilers only takes 3-5 minutes from ignition to steam generation, which is one tenth of the time required for ordinary gas-fired through flow steam boilers; Save at least 25% to 30% of fuel compared to ordinary gas-fired through flow steam boilers. Structurally, this model of boiler is a vertical structure with evenly distributed water pipes inside. The burner is placed on the top of the boiler and burns from top to bottom using a micro positive pressure combustion method

7. Whole machine debugging factory, on-site installation free

8. Water pipe temperature test
It can detect the temperature of the water pipe to check whether the boiler has produced scale. If the temperature rises to the set temperature, the boiler will automatically stop running.
9. Furnace temperature detector
It can detect the temperature of steam and automatically shut down when the temperature exceeds the set value, ensuring the safe operation of the boiler.
10. Automatic emission device
It can detect the conductivity of concentrated boiler water. When the conductivity reaches the emission standard, the boiler will automatically discharge the boiler water, which can stably control the quality of boiler water and improve the quality of steam, avoiding the occurrence of caustic embrittlement, scale formation, reducing boiler efficiency, and water pipe damage.
