The 1.5-ton stainless steel juice separator is a small separator mainly used for juice separation. The interior is made entirely of stainless steel material, which has the advantages of high juice yield, high work efficiency, and thorough separation of seed skin.

The electric motor drives the rotary screen through a belt, and the material enters the rotary screen through a unique dispersing feeding mechanism by the feeding pump. The material is dispersed on the side of the rotary screen and separated by centrifugal force. The material with a smaller aperture than the rotary screen flows down the collection tank from the rotary screen, and the slag is discharged from the tail through the slag outlet, thus achieving the purpose of slag slurry separation.

Due to the use of stainless steel material, the product has strong corrosion resistance, resistance to acid, alkali, and salt erosion, odorless, lightweight, high strength, and easy operation.
