Product structure of 1.5-ton grape stem crusher:

1. Feeding device: located at the front end of the stem removal device, the main component is a conveying screw with mechanical stepless speed regulation, which has the same power as the stem removal device. The feeding speed can be adjusted according to different grape varieties to achieve satisfactory stem removal effect.

2. Stem removal device: composed of stem removal shaft, stem removal rotary screen, and transmission system. A spiral shaped distribution of stem removal blades is installed on the stem removal shaft. The stem transfer sieve is formed by punching stainless steel plates, with aperture ranging from 20mm to 35mm depending on the grape variety. Its function is to separate the fruit and stem, and discharge the stem branches out of the machine.

3. Crushing device: located at the lower part of the stem removal rotary screen, consisting of two sets of crushing rollers. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted arbitrarily between 3-15mm. The crushing device and frame are quick opening mechanisms, locked with a cross handle, and can be opened and cleaned without any tools.

4. Slurry pump: The slurry pump is a single screw pump installed under the crushing device, with moving wheels that are not connected to the main engine, which is easy to clean and reduces the vibration of the main engine during operation.

5. Rack: The supporting components of each part of the equipment are all made of ****** stainless steel.
