3、 Liquid quantitative filling machine filling volume debugging
1. First loosen the nut and then adjust the screw to change the position of the lower fixing rod. As a result, the push-pull length of the syringe is also changed, achieving the goal of freely adjusting the dispensing volume. The screw is adjusted clockwise to increase, and vice versa to decrease, with the pointer indicating. Using a 5ml syringe, check the 5ml mark on one side, and using a 10ml syringe, check the 10ml mark on the other side. For models 20, 100, and 500, directly measure the amount with the ruler and pointer. However, due to the different thicknesses of each syringe, there may be errors in the actual packaging amount. The syringe scale should be used as the standard, or a measuring cup can be used to measure the amount at the beginning of packaging.
2. After adjustment, tighten the nut immediately to firmly secure the lower fixing rod to the crankshaft.
3. Loosen the nut and determine the correct position of the upper fixing rod according to the pushing and pulling length of different syringes. After adjusting the lower fixing rod, rotate the crank to turn the syringe to the top dead center, then lift the outer sleeve of the syringe up about 2mm to avoid damaging the needle tube. After tightening the nut, turn on the syringe.
4. After the machine is assembled correctly, turn on the switch. When the machine is working, the crank drives the syringe to pull up and down to extract liquid. Adjust the speed knob, select the appropriate dispensing speed, and start working normally. Adjust the speed regulator knob. Clockwise dispensing speed is faster, otherwise it is slower.
4、 Usage of Liquid Quantitative Filling Machine
1. Before the machine starts working, the ground wire must be properly grounded, and then the appropriate standard injector should be selected according to the different packaging quantities. When the general packaging range is 0.2-1ml, a 1ml syringe is used; Use a 5ml syringe for 1-5ml; When 5-10ml, use a 10ml syringe; 20ml model, using a 20ml glass enema device; The 100ml model uses a 100ml glass enema device, or a specialized stainless steel filling system produced by our factory can also be used; The 500ml model uses the specialized stainless steel filling system produced by our factory.
2. Pull out the inner core of the syringe and insert the screw sleeve onto the inner core of the syringe (note: for the 10ml model, due to the large difference in syringe diameter, a gasket needs to be selected according to its outer circle size), and use the screw sleeve to properly fasten it to the lower base (cleaning must be paid attention to when disassembling and assembling the syringe).
3. Place the upper clamp seat on the outlet end of the syringe sleeve, and tighten the nuts on both sides appropriately (when using a 5ml syringe, tighten the sleeve together, being careful not to tighten too tightly, as the outer sleeve is fragile). Note: The 10ml model comes with an adjustment sleeve, while the 20, 100, and 500 models do not.
4. Assemble the assembled syringe core and outer sleeve into one unit, and the injection system is now fully assembled.
5. Fix the valve with the arrow facing upwards and the arrow mark facing outwards onto the fixing screw with a nut.
6. Assemble the complete injection system, align the upper and lower circular holes of the injection system components with the upper and lower fixing rods, fit them on the bearings, and make their outer end faces flat with the bearing surface. When assembling the lower end, do not let the screw sleeve and the crankshaft collide to prevent abnormal noise when the upper crankshaft rotates (when correctly installed, the distance between the screw sleeve and the crankshaft is about 1mm). After the injection system is correctly installed, tighten the upper and lower fastening screws. Connect the syringe and valve connection nozzle with a short rubber hose. The inlet pipeline is connected to the inlet, and the outlet pipeline is connected to the outlet. To prevent entanglement of the inlet and outlet pipes, clamp them into the side ear of the casing.
7. When manually turning the crank, it should be able to rotate freely. Otherwise, if there is an assembly error, check whether the injection system is fastened to the rotating bearing.
5、 Malfunction and maintenance of liquid quantitative filling machine
1. After turning on, the crankshaft cannot rotate normally. Fault:
A: The upper fixing rod is biased downwards, and the inner and outer tubes of the syringe are firmly pressed when pushing the liquid, causing the crank to not rotate. The nut ① should be loosened, and the upper fixing rod should be moved up to the appropriate position before tightening the nut.
B: During the assembly of the syringe, the inner and outer tubes may get stuck due to uncleanliness, and the syringe needs to be removed for cleaning.
C: The injection system is not installed in the bearing area. Make it unable to function properly, it must be reinstalled.
2. The injection is uneven, the joint is not tightened properly, and there is air leakage. Further tightening is required.
3. The machine rotates normally, but no dispensing fluid is discharged. Fault:
A: There are foreign objects inside the valve that need to be cleaned;
B: The upper and lower pins inside the valve are placed incorrectly (both pins have their tips facing downwards and must not be installed backwards).
C: When there is liquid leakage from the outlet at the lower end of the piston in the 100 and 500ml models, the cylinder should be disassembled and replaced with a random sealing ring. Note: The sealing ring should use a φ 65 × 3.1 acid and alkali resistant sealing ring.
6、 Disinfection method and flushing of liquid quantitative filling machine
1. Loosen the upper and lower fastening screws, disassemble the dispensing system for overall disinfection, or disassemble and clean separately.
2. Place the inlet pipe in the cleaning solution and turn it on for cleaning.
3. The 500ml model may have errors in actual filling, so use a graduated cylinder to measure accurately before formal filling.
