Control system
The control system adopts PLC controller, with simple interface operation. On the main control interface, any parameter can be clicked to set and start/stop. User management is divided into two levels to ensure that system parameters are not arbitrarily modified. On the main interface, you can click to control any valve or instrument and switch between automatic and manual modes.
☆ Control mode of instruments/valves: Manual control mode can be selected on the main control interface - valves or instruments can be manually opened and closed for control; Or automatic control mode: PID control can be selected
☆ Dissolved oxygen control: Dissolved oxygen can be controlled by selecting AIR/O2 or AIR/O2/N2, etc. ☆ Dissolved oxygen control uses independent PID controllers for each control component, which can be flexibly configured and selected to meet the oxygen control requirements of different cultivation methods such as suspension, microcarriers, and sheet-like carriers
